Litch Advani brings over four decades of comprehensive experience in Property Acquisition and Management to his role at Lanns Capital. He has done over $100m in transactions in New Jersey, and started Lanns Associates in 1984, the Property Management Company that we partner with on our acquisitions. He has seen it all - several boom and bust cycles, that at times have presented amazing opportunities to acquire mispriced assets. His experience and guidance on adapting to the ever changing macro landscape has helped shape the portfolio.

Litch earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from University of Missouri, and an MBA from University of New Haven.
